Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering your Simpsons portrait. Here's our straightforward refund policy.

When You're Eligible for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

  • Generation failed — We were unable to produce a portrait due to a technical error or AI model failure.
  • Safety filter rejection — The AI declined to process your photo (e.g., due to content policy). This is out of our control, and you won't be charged for it.
  • Not delivered within 48 hours — If you haven't received your portrait by email within 48 hours of payment, contact us and we'll either deliver it or refund you in full.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Your portrait has been delivered to your email and reviewed/approved by our team.
  • You are dissatisfied with the artistic style — AI-generated results vary and we cannot guarantee a specific aesthetic. We do review every portrait for quality before delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hi@simpsonify.us within 7 days of purchase with:

  1. The email address you used to order
  2. A brief description of the issue

We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
