Welcome to Simpsonify.us! By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Service Overview

Simpsonify.us uses AI to generate cartoon-style portraits based on photos you upload. These images are created using OpenAI's image generation models and our custom prompts. Each result is reviewed by a team member for quality before delivery.

2. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree:

  • Not to upload content that you don't have rights to (e.g., copyrighted material or other people's faces without permission)
  • Not to upload explicit, offensive, or harmful content
  • Not to misuse, hack, or interfere with the website or its services

3. Pricing

Simpsonify.us charges $1.99 per portrait. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your portrait will only be generated after payment is confirmed.

4. Image Rights and Usage

  • You retain full personal use rights to the AI-generated image.
  • You can post, print, or share the image as you wish.
  • We do not claim ownership over the photo you upload or the final image we generate for you.

5. Image Processing and Storage

  • Uploaded photos are used only for generating your cartoon portrait.
  • Images are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days of upload.
  • We do not use your data or images to train AI models.

6. No Affiliation

We are not affiliated with The Simpsons™, Fox Broadcasting Company, or any related entities. This is a fan-inspired project using AI for creative and entertainment purposes.

7. Service Availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We aim for a smooth experience, but we can't guarantee uptime or results 100% of the time.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best, but we're not liable for:

  • Any dissatisfaction with the AI result
  • Loss of data (we recommend you download your image immediately)
  • Any misuse of the image after it's delivered

Use this service at your own discretion.

9. Refund Policy

If we are unable to generate your portrait due to a technical failure or AI safety filter, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, email us at hi@simpsonify.us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for portraits that have already been delivered and approved.
